Yellow lemon flower. Floral painting
The wonderful lemon-yellow flower blooms in all its glory. Sun glare blazes on its large petals. Around the extravaganza of delicate aroma and pollen, crumbling from velvety stamens.
Thanks to the combination of dark indigo and cool yellow, I managed to depict the flower’s glow and scent. Different textures define the depth of the image.
The work is painted in watercolors on paper 50×30 cm, 2020.
